Richard C. Park is an antitrust partner resident in Fried Frank’s Washington, DC office. He joined the Firm in 1999 and became a partner in 2007. Mr. Park’s practice involves the full range of antitrust counseling, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and representing clients in connection with investigations by the United States Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. He has experience representing clients in matters involving a wide variety of industries including, software, pharmaceuticals, defense, telecommunications and media.
