Rayan Houdrouge leads the Employment and Pensions Practice Group of Lenz & Staehelin in Geneva. He advises and represents Swiss and multinational companies as well as international organizations on all employment law matters. He has an extensive experience in executive transfers, employee benefits, compensation packages, work regulations, internal audits and collective procedures such as business transfers and collective dismissals. He is an accredited social security expert (Swiss federal certificate) and he regularly assists clients in matters related to social security and pension funds, including contentious aspects. Since 2011, Rayan Houdrouge has been nominated by Who’s Who Legal as leading individual in management labour and employment law. His other main area of practice is competition law, and in particular in the context of internal audits, merger control filings and cartel-related investigations.
