Radoslaw Pawluk has been working at Hogan Lovells since November 2009, in the areas of competition, state aid, European founds, unfair competition and commercial law. He is professionally interested in competition law and state aid law. His professional experience covers preparing letters and opinions in proceedings concerning anticompetitive behaviour of entrepreneurs, merger controls, state aid and infringements of the collective interests of consumers and unfair competition practices. In particular, his experience includes the analyzing of commercial agreements, distribution systems and issues concerning rebates. He has participated in advising companies on the implementation of EU law, specifically the REACH Regulation in the chemical sector and other regulatory issues. Radosław graduated the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw and is a graduate of the Centre of American Legal Studies (2009-2010, organized by University of Warsaw). During the 2008/2009 academic year he studied at the Faculty of Law of Utrecht University. Radosław is a member of the Polish Competition Law Association. Since January 2012 Radoslaw has been a trainee legal at the Warsaw Bar Association.
