He is also a member of the Council at The Lithuanian Radio and Television, and practices competition law in professional law partnership SKVLAW (Vilnius). He defended doctoral dissertation "An Appreciable Effect on Competition and Trade Provision. The Problems of Agreements of Minor Importance". His working languages are Lithuanian, English and Russian.
