Michel Pinault is a President of the Administration Section of the State Council since 2008. He has been appointed President of the Enforcement Committee of the AMF in January 2015. Between 2004 and 2008 he was a Chairman of the 9th sub-section of the Litigation Section of the State Council. In the past he was a chief executive director of AXA in Asia and the the Director of the legal and tax affairs at UAP (Union des Assurances de Paris). He holds a diploma from HEC and ENA (Guerenica Promotion).
