Mr. Rauchs is President of the Luxembourgish Competition Authority. He is a former Coordinator in the Minister’s cabinet, Ministry of Economics and Foreign Trade and a former Head of unit, Market Regulation and Consumer Affairs, Ministry of Economics and Foreign Trade. He is also a lawyer and studied in Paris and London.
