Pierre is a recognized specialist in Switzerland in the field of Competition Law and Intellectual Property. He presided the Swiss Competition Law Association (ASAS) from 2004 to 2009, and he is still a member of the board. He was General Reporter of the International League of Competition Law (LIDC) for October 2011 until October 2013 and was a member of the board of the LIDC. He is also recognised practitioner in dispute resolution and acted as vice-chair of the Swiss Attorney Federation Committee on Mediation from 2002 until 2013. He belongs to a number of professional associations such as the Swiss Arbitration Association, ABA, AGDA, ADE, AIPPI, AROPI, UIA, etc.
