Pierre is a recognized specialist in Switzerland in the field of Competition Law and Intellectual Property. He founded Athena Avocats in October 2021 where he works as Partner. He presided the Swiss Competition Law Association (ASAS) from 2004 to 2009, and he is still a member of the board. He was General Reporter of the International League of Competition Law (LIDC) for October 2011 until October 2013 and was a member of the board of the LIDC. He is also recognised practitioner in dispute resolution and acted as vice-chair of the Swiss Attorney Federation Committee on Mediation from 2002 until 2013. He belongs to a number of professional associations such as the Swiss Arbitration Association, ABA, AGDA, ADE, AIPPI, AROPI, UIA, etc.
