Piero Cavicchi is head of unit at the office of the Secretary-General of the European Parliament. Prior to this he was legal officer at the European Commission’s DG COMP (2008 - 2010) and at the Council of Europe (2005 - 2007). He holds an LL.M. from the College of Europe (2002).
