Nathalie Pétrignet is a partner in CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre, Paris office, and co-head the Competition and Economical regulation Department. She has represented companies in many proceedings before national and EU competition authorities and advices companies regarding all aspects of competition law,concentrations, investigations and procedures of enforcement, agreements, abuses of dominant position, horizontal agreements, distribution, State aids etc. Nathalie has notably acquired a particular expertise in trade regulation and commercial negotiation.
