Paulius is a Lithuanian lawyer, is an associate at the law firm Valiunas Ellex (Vilnius). His practice focuses on all aspects of EU and Lithuanian competition law and regulated network industries. Paulius has previously trained with European Commission‘s Directorate General for Competition. He holds an LL.M. in Competition Law from King‘s College London and a Master in Law degree from Vilnius University.
