Paul Stuart is an associate based in the London office. Mr. Stuart’s practice focuses on antitrust and competition law and litigation. Mr. Stuart is a practising Barrister and has represented clients in proceedings before the EU General Court, the EU Commission, the Court of Appeal, the High Court, and the Competition Appeal Tribunal. Mr. Stuart joined the firm in 2010 as an associate and was resident in the Brussels office from 2010 to 2012. Previously, Mr. Stuart practised as a Barrister in England and worked as in-house legal counsel for a major telecommunications provider. Mr. Stuart received a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics with First Class Honours from the University of Oxford (Merton College) in 2006 and completed the Graduate Diploma in Law in 2007 and the Bar Vocational Course in 2008. Mr. Stuart was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2008 by the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. His native language is English.
