Paul Davies is a partner in the London office of Latham & Watkins since 2014. Paul Davies is global co-chair of Latham’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practice and a member of Latham & Watkins’ sustainability committee. He advises clients on the environmental and ESG aspects of corporate transactions in the UK and overseas, in addition to a wide variety of other work, including the provision of ESG advice more generally, the management of contaminated land, the insurance of environmental risk, liaising with regulatory authorities, and climate change, health and safety, asbestos, and waste management issues. Paul Davies is a member of the Board of Directors of Environmental Law Institute (ELI).
