Paul-Bertrand Barets is a French Diplomat, currently secretary general of One Planet Summit. He was appointed in October 2022. Prior to that, Paul-Bertrand Barets was Deputy Director for International Economic Affairs at the French Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs. He was Councellor at he French Permanent Representation to the UE from 2005 to 2007.
