Paul Andres

Paul Andres is Senior Antitrust Counsel for Zone Americas (Z-AMS) in the Nestle Group and is based in Washington DC. In his role, Paul provides leadership, counsel, coordination and compliance on antitrust matters for Nestle. He reports to the Z-AMS General Counsel in Switzerland. Prior to assuming his current position in 2012, Paul served as the Legal Director of Nestle Nespresso SA in Switzerland, where he managed legal affairs and competition law matters in various roles for 18 years. Before joining the Nestle group, Paul worked several years in private practice. He obtained his JD from the University of California (Hastings), a DEA in International Economic Law from the University of Paris (Pantheon-Sorbonne), and is admitted to the California Bar.
