Pascale Hecker has been a legal secretary at the Court of Justice of the European Union since 2007. In that capacity, she deals with a variety of cases, amongst which a number of antitrust, State aid and trade cases. Prior to joining the Court of Justice, she practised EU law as an attorney at law for close to six years in the Brussels offices of two major international law firms, with a particular focus on EU litigation as well as EU and WTO trade and customs law. She also served as a teaching assistant at the College of Europe (Bruges). Pascale holds degrees in law (Strasbourg and Brussels Universities) and politics (Institut d’études politiques de Strasbourg), as well as Master degrees in law of the London School of Economics (LSE) and of the College of Europe (Bruges) where she graduated magna cum laude in 2000.
