Mr. Pascal Wilhelm is partner at Wilhelm & Associés in Paris.Pascal Wilhelm founded the firm Wilhelm & Associés in 1995.He is recognized as a leading lawyer in communications law (audiovisual, advertising, intellectual property) and in competition law and business law (company law, financial and securities law).In addition to his work as a lawyer, he is involved in teaching and research activities. In 2014, he contributed to creating an “Audiovisual and Digital” chair at the University of Paris Panthéon Assas. Since 2006, he has taught communications law at the University of Paris Dauphine. Since January 2015, he has taught at the Sciences Po Law School on the relationships between competition law and contract law.Regularly approached by the press, Pascal Wilhelm has authored several articles on communications law, competition and regulatory issues. He is a member of several professional organizations (AFEC, IBA, etc.).With a particular interest for societal issues, he contributed to creating the Revue Civique (Civics Review) and in 2015, published Camille Desmoulins, le premier républicain de France (Grancher publishing), a biography of Camille Desmoulins, one of the key figures of the French Revolution.
