Paolo Caprile is a legal counsel at the Italian Competition Authority (Autorità Garante della Concorrenza e del Mercato) in Rome. He holds a Ph.D. in Law and Economics (LUISS Guido Carli University), an LL.M. in Competition Law and Economics (Erasmus Universiteit, Rotterdam) and a Master’s degree in Law and Economics (University of Ghent). He has experience in law firms and at the European Commission. He is author of several articles on competition law published in Italian legal journals.
