Nuno Carrolo Dos Santos is a managing associate at Vieira de Almeida, having joined the firm’s competition team in 2015. Previously he worked as an of counsel and Senior Associate at Abreu Advogados (2009-2015) and as Legal Advisor at the Legal Department of Caixa Geral de Depósitos, Portugal’s largest public bank (2008-2009). From 2002 to 2007 he practiced law first as a trainee and subsequently as an associate at F. Castelo Branco & Associados, having been seconded to Hewlett-Packard Portugal for 6 months. Nuno Carrolo Dos Santos has a law degree from the University of Lisbon, a Master of Arts in EU Competition Law and a Summer Course in European Law from King’s College London Law School, as well as post-graduate studies in Corporate Law (University of Lisbon) and in Innovation (INSEAD). He is fluent in English and Portuguese. He is a member of the Competition Commission at ICC Portugal - International Chamber of Commerce, as well as a member of the Círculo dos Advogados Portugueses do Direito da Concorrência (CAPDC).
