Nawal Hssinou is an international legal counsel specializing in Contract Law, IP Law, Competition Law and European Law. Nawal holds a Master’s degree in European Law from University Paris II Panthéon-Assas. She spent one year (2007) in the Law Faculty of Genoa, in Italy, where she graduated with Distinctions (ranked 1st). Her main legal interests include the interplay between Competition Law and Intellectual Property. She is writing a dissertation on the topic of Google’s Books Project, which is at the crossroads of highly complex issues. She has previous experience in trial courts, law firms, international companies, and academia in France, Italy and Belgium. She is fluent in English, French, Italian and Arabic.
