Nathalie Lobel-Lastmann is a French lawyer and a UK solicitor. She joined the Markets and Projects’ group of the Office of Fair Trading in 2008. Her practice focuses on UK and EC cartels and behavioural matters across a variety of sectors. Prior to this, Nathalie gained significant experience in merger control and antitrust laws within the competition team of Fried Frank in London and Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier in Paris. She has advised corporate clients in large cross-border transactions and high-profile antitrust litigation with a particular focus on media and private equity matters. Nathalie was educated in France (LLM in European Law and MBA at EM Lyon) and in Toronto (MBA at York University). She contributed to the sixth edition of the Bellamy & Child handbook as the correspondent editor for France. She is a member of the Competition Law Association and the co-founder of the French legal advice clinic in London.
