Molly joined WTW as Head of Antitrust in 2023 and is responsible for all antitrust and competition law matters globally. Previously she spent over five years within Novartis’ antitrust team in Switzerland, and prior to that practiced at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP in London and Brussels. Molly has extensive experience across the full spectrum of competition law issues, including transactions, internal and external investigations, private enforcement, behavioral counselling, risk management, and compliance training. Molly received her M.A. and LL.M. from the University of Cambridge.
