Milena joined the french competition authority (Autorité de la concurrence) in 2011 as a case handler. She is a former associate in the EU competition department of Herbert Smith Freehills Paris. Milena’s practice focuses on competition law (cartels, abuses of dominance, mergers regulatory matters and consumer law), both European and French. She is a member of the Sofia Bar and is a law graduate of the University of Sofia (Master II in International Law, 2003) and of the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne (Master II in Business Law, 2007). Milena is bilingual in Bulgarian and French, speaks fluent English.
