Miguel del Pino joined Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal in 1998 and has been a partner since 2008. His professional work focuses on advising clients and representing them before the antitrust authorities on matters relating to pre-merger control, cartel investigations, anti-competitive investigations and general market investigations. He has published several works related to his area of expertise and has participated as a panelist and moderator in different conferences related to his area of expertise. He is an assistant professor of competition law on the postgraduate courses in business and economics law at the Universidad Católica. He graduated as a lawyer from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1994 and in 1997 obtained a master’s degree in law from the University of Pennsylvania (Philadelphia).
