Michelle Booth is Associate at Affleck Greene McMurtry LLP (Toronto). Her skills and practice expertise extend to commercial litigation, civil litigation, class actions, and employment, administrative and competition law. She Finished third in her law class at the University of Windsor. She Received numerous awards and scholarships in recognition of highest academic achievement in areas that included taxation, legal ethics and constitutional law. She also received a number of advocacy awards, including as a member of the second place team at the Gale Cup National Moot where her performance earned her the Dickson Medal for Top Oralist. She is active in a number of teaching, research and volunteer endeavours, among them: acting as a supervisor at the University of Windsor Community Legal Aid Clinic; and as research and teaching assistant for Professor David M.
