Michal Forýtek is a Senior associate at the Kinstellar’s Prague office. He is a member of the corporate group and his specialisation includes mergers and acquisitions, energy, competition and public procurement. During his career, Michal advised a number of major clients, including E.ON, RWE, Electrabel, Statkraft, Anglo American or ECM. After his studies at Masaryk University in Brno, Michal completed an internship in Sydney, Australia. He speaks Czech and English.
