Michael Zellhofer

Michael Zellhofer is an associate at Dorda Brugger Jordis since April 2007. He is an expert in EU law and, in particular, competition and antitrust law. His fields of activity also include M&A, telecoms, and energy law. Prior to joining Dorda Brugger Jordis, he has worked as a trainee at the DG Competition of the European Commission and as a trainee at Freshfields in Vienna. Michael Zellhofer graduated from the University of Vienna (Mag iur and Dr iur) and studied European and International Law at the Rijksuniversiteit Leiden, Netherlands. He wrote his doctoral thesis on Austrian case-law conflicting with the EC directive on Employer Insolvency. He speaks German, English and French.
