Michael Rosenthal

Michael Rosenthal is the founder of the Brussels office and co-head of the Firm’s Antitrust Group, advising on the full range of EU and German competition law matters. He is the co-author of the treatise Rosenthal/Thomas - European Merger Control (C.H. Beck). In his over 20 years of practice, Dr. Rosenthal has advised clients on a significant number of the largest global transactions, as well as complex cartel investigations and monopolization matters across various industries.
