Mathieu Guennec is rapporteur permanent at the French Competition Authority. Prior to that, he worked at the CSA. He is a French qualified lawyer who joined Alain Bensoussan Competition team in May 2008, having previously worked for Hogan & Hartson in Paris, Olswang in Brussels and Allen & Overy Paris office. He has developed competence in the areas of competition law and telecommunications law.
