Marta Miszczuk is patent attorney at Affre i Wspólnicy. She specializes in industrial property law and competition law. She advises entrepreneurs in the protection of exclusive rights - broadly defined industrial property rights (patents, rights to trademarks, utility models, industrial designs, protection of know-how, technology transfer) and unfair competition, including on the Internet. She has over eight years of experience in competition law initiated with an internship at the European Commission, DG. Competition (cartels).
