Marta Delgado Echevarría is a partner in charge of Jones Day’s Madrid office. Marta Delgado has extensive experience in antitrust and intellectual property law. For more than 20 years she has advised foreign and domestic clients in a wide range of industries on all aspects of antitrust law, including M&A, cartels, abuse of a dominant position, distribution arrangements, licensing, state aids, and unfair competition. She also represents clients in matters regarding copyright, trademark, and patent rights, as well as in plant variety rights.
