Markus Kerber is professor of public finances and economic politics at Technische Universität Berlin. He also founded the think tank Europolis. Prior to that, he worked at the Bundeskartellamt : BKartA (Office des cartels allemand). He received a PhD in Law and graduated from l’ENA.
