Marie Hindré

Marie Hindré joined Altana in September 2016. She was previously a Partner at DLA Piper’s Paris office. Her main practice covers French and EU competition and distribution law in which she has significant knowledge in antitrust, dawn-raids, merger control and state aid issues. Marie regularly represents clients within the context of antitrust and merger cases before French and EU competition authorities, and also advises foreign investors and new entrants in the French market on a large range of sectors. She assists large key market players on all their competition and distribution issues in the conduct of their day-to-day business. She also intervenes on private enforcement and consumer law. Her practice covers a large range of sectors, including energy, IT, construction, chemicals, food, pharmaceuticals and the seeds industry.
