Marco D’Ostuni is a partner of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, based in the Rome office. His practice focuses on antitrust, telecommunications, media and energy law. He is widely published on the various aspects of antitrust law and on telecommmunications regulation. He graduated with honors from the Naples University Law School in 1996. He obtained an LL.M. in Advanced European Legal Studies from the College of Europe of Bruges in 1998 and an LL.M. from the Columbia University School of Law in 2000. In 2008, he obtained a Ph.D. in competition law from the University of Perugia, Italy. Marco D’Ostuni is a member of the Naples Bar and of the New York Bar.
