Marc Brotman has worked at Pfizer Inc. for more than fourteen years, where he is currently Vice President & Assistant General Counsel and Pfizer’s Chief Antitrust Counsel. He advises the company on antitrust matters on a global basis and interacts with regulators across numerous jurisdictions. In addition to his antitrust work, Marc also provides legal support to Pfizer’s Corporate Affairs division, counseling on policy and communications matters. He also provided primary legal counsel on some of Pfizer’s largest and highest profile medicines. Prior to joining Pfizer, Marc was an associate at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, where his work focused on antitrust and other trade regulation matters, including merger reviews, predatory pricing matters and trade secrets cases. Marc received his J.D. degree from Columbia University Law School in 1992 and is a 1989 graduate of Wesleyan University.
