Maly Courtaigne-Op joined AXA in February 2022 as International Senior Legal Counsel. She was previously a Senior Associate at DFDL in Singapore. She is an attorney admitted to the Paris and the New York Bar. She has worked in Paris as a competition lawyer for US law firms (Latham & Watkins and White & Case). Maly Courtaigne-Op was particularly active in the following areas of competition law: French and EC Merger Control, Anticompetitive practices and Distribution agreements. She contributes as a guest editor to the ECN Brief Project for the e-Competitions Bulletin.
