Lucio D’Amario is head of the antitrust practice of Linklaters Milano. Prior to that, he was a senior associate in Allen & Overy’s Rome office from 2001 till 2011. Lucio specialises in EC and Italian competition law. His main areas of practice include restrictive horizontal practices, joint ventures, vertical agreements affecting distribution, abuses of dominant position, merger control and state aid. He regularly represents clients before the Italian Antitrust Authority and other European institutions and has gained significant experience in, and advised on, a range of different sectors. Lucio d’Amario holds a LLM from Oxford University and has a specialisation in EC Law and Economics. He also has a SD degree from the University of Rome "La Sapienza". He speaks Italian and English.
