Louise is a Senior PSL in the London Antitrust group of Allen & Overy. She advises on all aspects of EU and UK competition law, including mergers, behavioural antitrust and state aid. She has extensive experience of producing and delivering training to a wide range of clients on how to comply with competition rules. Louise also regularly advises clients on complex behavioural antitrust issues such as distribution arrangements and cooperation agreements between competitors, as well as abuses of dominant position. Internally, Louise supports the Global Antitrust group by managing and maintaining know-how resources and delivering training. She is currently the Assistant Editor of the Butterworth’s Handbook on Competition Law (the "Purple Book").
