Based in New York, Liev Biesemans is group deputy general counsel at Kindred Group since 2019. She holds a Master degree from the University of Leuven (2002-2007, Master thesis: “Compulsory licensing and ex-officio licensing in patents, copyright and plant breeder’s rights”) and was an Erasmus student at the University of Stockholm (January - June 2007).
