She also defended Otis Elevator Company and United Technologies Corporation against a purported antitrust class action, which involved a successful motion to dismiss all claims that was subsequently affirmed on all counts by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Ms. Brannon is distinguished as one of the leading antitrust lawyers by Chambers USA, U.S. Legal 500 and Washingtonian magazine. In addition, in 2011 she was selected as one of The American Lawyer’s "45 Under 45" best young women lawyers, and in 2010 she was named a "future star" by Benchmark Litigation: The Definitive Guide to America’s Leading Litigation Firms and Attorneys, and one of Law360’s ten "rising stars" in antitrust law.
