Laurent François-Martin, admitted to Paris and Brussels Bars, specialized in EU and French competition law, is Partner at Fidal (Lille). He previously worked at DS Avocats. He advises companies regarding antitrust issues (dawnraids, proceedings before the European Commission and the EU Courts and before the French “Autorité de la concurrence” and the French courts, compliance programmes, claims for damages), distribution networks, merger control or State aids. From 1990 to 2002, he was competition in-house counsel with AIR FRANCE (AF recapitalization, notification of airlines alliances, various issues concerning slots, airports issues, computer reservation system ...). He is also a speaker in various seminars in competition law (European Competition Forum (Brussels), French Civil Aviation school, Development Institute International, Euroforum, Chamber of commerce, professionals associations ...) and has written articles in different newspapers (Concurrences, Journal des sociétiés, Larcier, Les Echos, Option Finance, The European Lawyer…).
