


Kurt Haegeman
Kurst Haegeman is Partner at Baker & McKenzie. He received a law degree from Ghent University and an LLM from the University of Cambridge. He joined Baker & Mc Kenzie in 1996. Kurt has considerable experience in advising on cartel investigations and has assisted numerous clients in the preparation of leniency applications and applications for immunity from fines before the European Commission, the Belgian Competition Authority and other national competition authorities, as well as in the development and implementation of competition compliance programmes throughout the EEA. Kurt assists clients regularly in the development, roll-out and policing of Europe-wide distribution systems (and particularly selective distribution).
