Dr. Ken Müller-Tautphaeus, LL.M. is Head of Competition and Antitrust EMEA at Fresenius Medical Care. From 2004 to 2007, he was part of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP as an associate in the Frankfurt office. He was active in the corporate, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and litigation practices. Prior to working at Debevoise, he worked at the German Federal Cartel Office in Bonn for more than two years and was an assistant to Judge Prof. Dr. Carl Baudenbacher at the Institute for European and International Business Law of the University of St. Gallen HSG.
