Kelly Digneffe is financial and administrative manager at the Liaison Agency Flanders-Europe (Vleva). Prior to joining this agency in charge of promoting Flemish interests in Europe, she was a student in the bilingual (French and English) LL.M. in competition and IP law of the University of Liege and she attended the Cabinet Karel de Gucht at the European Commission as a trainee. Kelly Digneffe also graduated from the University of Maastricht with a Master degree in “International laws” and was an Erasmus student at the University of British Columbia (August 2007-January 2008).
