Eoin Kealy is the head of Competition & Regulatory at RyanAir. Before that he was an Associate in the EU, Competition and Regulatory Group at Matheson. Previously, Eoin was EU & Competition Law Manager for Ryanair, dealing with all aspects of antitrust, State aid and EU regulation for Europe’s largest low cost airline. He has previously worked on competition law matters at some of Ireland’s major commercial law firms. Eoin has a first-class honours Bachelors Degree in Business and Law from University College Dublin and a Masters Degree in Competition Law (Distinction) from King’s College London.
