In 2021, Katrin Emmenegger joined Fenaco, an agricultural cooperative. She is head legal and compliance. Previously, she was counsel at Swatch Group. Prior to joining this company, she was a partner MCS-Law firm. She worked in the competition and antitrust department. Her practice covers a broad range of national and EC competition law including cartel cases, merger clearance, litigation on abuse of dominant positions, settlements and policies across a variety of sectors. She has also developed a highly regarded expertise in IPR and IT Law as well as unfair commercial practice proceedings. Prior to this, she worked as a Senior Legal Advisor to the Swiss Competition Authority and as an associate in a Law Firm in Berne.
