Katrien Peysmans-De Rick graduated in 2007 with a master degree from the University of Ghent (RUG). In 2007, she participated in an international exchange program with the university of Santa Clara (USA) specializing in intellectual property law. She obtained a LL.M. degree in Competition Law and IP Law in 2008 at the University of Liège. In 1 September 2008, she began her internship at the Brussels Bar at Altius law firm after which she gained a further two years of experience at GSJ law firm in Antwerp. She mainly specialised in commercial law and, in particular, in intellectual property and IT law. She set up Minnen & Peysmans-De Rick together with Hilde Minnen in June 2012. Katrien Peysmans-De Rick is a member of the Antwerp Bar and can assist you in Dutch, French and English.
