Katarzyna Tosza studied law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow, Poland and Finance and Banking at the Cracow University of Economics. She earned her LL.M. degree at the College of Europe in Brugges with the specialisation in European Law and Economic Analysis. She is a Ph.D. student at the Chair of European Law of the Jagiellonian University. Currently she pursues her research at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg i.Breisgau in Germany as a holder of Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst scholarship. She is attorney-at-law trainee at the Cracow Bar Association. She worked for the Law Office associated with KPMG in Cracow. Her fields of interest include: EC Law, Competition Law and Policy as well as Intellectual Property Law. She speaks Polish, English, French and German.
