Karel Svoboda is a junior associate at the Kinstellar’s Prague office. He is a member of the corporate group and his specialisation includes mergers and acquisitions, competition law, public procurement and life sciences. Karel graduated from the Charles University in Prague (Faculty of Law) and from the Management Center Innsbruck (Programme Management and Law). During his studies, he practiced at Schoenherr and attended the College of Charleston, School of Business, as an exchange student. Prior to joining Kinstellar, he was an intern at the DG Competition, European Commission, in Brussels, Belgium. Karel speaks Czech, English and German.
