


Joy Fuyuno
Joy Fuyuno is Regional Senior Counsel, Digital Transformation & Privacy for Asia at Microsoft. Prior to joining Microsoft, she was a partner in White & Case’s and Paul Hastings’ Tokyo office, and a member of the firm’s litigation department. Ms. Fuyuno has substantial experience in antitrust counseling and litigation. Ms. Fuyuno is active in the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association. She is currently Vice-Chair of the International Committee and previously served three years as Vice-Chair of the Books & Treatises Committee. Her past publications include the Antitrust Summary Judgment Newsletter, State Antitrust Practice & Statutes Series (California chapter), 2000 Antitrust Law Developments Review (Intellectual Property chapter), and the 2005 Antitrust Law Developments Review (International chapter). Ms. Fuyuno received a J.D. from Columbia Law School and an undergraduate degree from Stanford University. She is admitted to practice in California.
