He is based in Hong Kong and specialises in cross-border mergers & acquisitions and joint ventures throughout Asia. Joshua Cole has advised on a number of high-profile international acquisitions, disposals and joint ventures throughout the region and across a range of industry sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, energy and resources and retail.
